Ready to envision AI-driven careers? We’re excited to see what you and your team will create! Let’s walk through the submission form together. One idea: Start with a rough draft of these sections in a separate document. It helps to refine your ideas before adding them to the form.
Team up
Gather your crew and your team lead, then start filling out the submission form. This part is quick — just fill in your school details, contact information, and a little bit about your team, and you’re ready to roll.
Your big idea
Here’s where you get to be bold. Share your AI solution and tell us the impact it will have. You’ll share:
- Your solution headline (think: elevator pitch).
- Your solution overview (how AI reimagines traditional work).
- The career or industry you’re focusing on (why you chose it).
- A 60-second video demonstrating your AI solution or concept.
Bring it to life
Now that you’ve shared your big idea, map out how you’ll make it real. Show us you’ve thought through:
- How AI would improve specific workplace activities.
- Steps to help a local employer implement your solution.
- Skills employees would need to use your AI solution effectively.
- Resources required for implementation — time, expertise, technology, cost.
- How you’d evaluate if the tool is effective.
- Potential ethical concerns or safety considerations and how you’d address them.
Show your CTE skills
Describe how you’re using CTE skills and how this experience could launch exciting AI-enhanced careers. Whether you’re in information technology, health science, manufacturing, or any other pathway — your skills matter. Connect the dots between:
- Your team composition and their roles.
- Your school’s CTE programs and how students participated.
Community Partnerships
Don’t forget — you’ll need to collaborate with external organizations to identify an AI solution and develop your submission. External organizations could include, but are not limited to, industry leaders, postsecondary institutions, community organizations, and independent experts. When it comes to the submission form, you’ll need to describe how these partners might support development or implementation of your solution. When reaching out to these organizations, be sure to:
- Identify multiple potential partners who work in your chosen career field.
- Reach out with a brief explanation of your challenge participation and ask for a short conversation.
- Prepare specific questions about workplace challenges and how AI might help.
- Ask about their interest in supporting student learning or testing innovative solutions.
Wrapping up
Almost there — just need to:
- Get your principal’s approval (you can download this email template).
- Check those final boxes.
- Click submit by 6:00 p.m. ET on November 19, 2025.
Remember: You don’t have to complete this all at once. Save your work as you go and come back to it. (Try to submit early to avoid any last-minute tech glitches.) Need help? Email hello@ctemomentum.com
