Sarah Castro
U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation
Sarah Castro serves as an Executive Director at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. She works on projects within the Foundation’s workforce portfolio, which is dedicated to pursuing solutions that ensure learners and workers have the right skills and experience for the jobs of today and tomorrow, and that the economy has the right workforce to compete and grow. Sarah manages several initiatives that are focused on employer-led partnerships and innovative financing. She received an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.A. from the College of Wooster.

Susan Hosking
Inflection AI
Susan Hosking is the Product Lead at Inflection AI, a technology startup that develops machine learning and generative artificial intelligence hardware and apps. She drives AI product development by aligning advanced technologies with user and market needs to fuel growth and adoption. Susan has extensive experience in strategy consulting from her time at Bain & Company and Prophet, where she led product-service design and strategic innovation initiatives. She also helped Fortune 500 companies navigate digital transformation and growth challenges. Previously, Susan held a senior product design role at GE Digital, contributing to revenue growth across aviation, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors.

Tiffany Hsieh

Tiffany Hsieh is a director in JFF’s Center for Artificial Intelligence & the Future of Work, where she leads strategy and operations for the organization’s AI work. She has been featured in publications such as Workshift, EdWeek, and Inside Higher Ed for her perspectives on artificial intelligence and its impact on education and the workforce. With over 10 years of experience across corporations, nonprofits, and startups, Tiffany specializes in driving growth and impactful outcomes. Previously, she designed education benefits and upskilling programs for large corporations at Guild and led strategic consulting engagements at Accenture and Entangled Solutions. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Erin Mote
InnovateEDU
Erin Mote is the CEO and Founder of InnovateEDU, leading the organization and its major projects, including its policy and strategy portfolio. In particular, Erin leads InnovateEDU’s work creating uncommon alliances to drive systems change across special education, talent development, artificial intelligence, and data modernization. An enterprise architect, she created, alongside her team, two of InnovateEDU’s signature technology products: Cortex, a next-generation personalized learning platform, and Landing Zone, a cutting-edge Infrastructure as a Service data product.

Chelle Travis
SkillsUSA
Chelle Travis is the Executive Director of SkillsUSA, a national organization of more than 444,000 CTE teachers and students. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Director of Workforce and Economic Development at the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC), where she built valuable partnerships with employers, workforce agencies, and postsecondary institutions. Chelle also served as Associate Vice Chancellor for Students at the Tennessee Board of Regents College System, driving student initiatives across 40 technical and community colleges.
